Extra charges will always include laundry, cleaning the patio or deck, doing the dishes, same day clean, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and organization tasks.

We simply ask that you clear counters and dishes, put away any personal and/or valuable items, put dirty laundry in its place, and secure any pets that may impede our cleaners' ability to do their job. Upon your directive, however, we can clean up any clutter for an additional charge.

It depends! Lots of factors go into pricing our services, such as square footage, frequency, scope of the clean, duration, add-ons, pet-hair, degree of difficulty (think high ceilings or tall bookshelves), etc. Although our services are priced by the individual job, on average you can expect to pay around $50 per hour per cleaner.

If you book online or over the phone, we will take your payment information; however, you will not be charged until the completion of your clean.

For your first clean or a one-time clean, we prefer to meet with you, view the space, and understand the task at hand. You are then free to leave, if you need to. For recurring cleans, we can arrange for our team to come and go as you see fit. We value your space, security, and time, and can be trusted with all three.

This will all depend on the estimated time to complete the job, if you need the job completed in a certain amount of time, or if you request a specified number.
